It\u2019s not junk mail, spam, an advertisement, or solicitation by a lawyer. You are not being sued.<\/em><\/strong><\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n
You may be eligible to receive money<\/strong> from an employee class action lawsuit (\u201cAction\u201d) against AT&T Mobility Services LLC (\u201cDefendant\u201d) for alleged wage and hour violations. The Action was filed by Defendant\u2019s former and current employees Jalen Gilbert, Edgardo Marquina, Marvin Louka, Ulises Uribe, and Julian Domingo (\u201cPlaintiffs\u201d) and seeks payment of (1) back wages, unreimbursed business expenses, penalties, and other relief for a class of non-exempt employees who worked for Defendant in California during the Class Period (September 21, 2022, to September 3, 2025) (\u201cClass Members\u201d); and (2) penalties under the California Private Attorney General Act (\u201cPAGA\u201d) for all non-exempt employees who worked for Defendant in California during the PAGA Period (September 21, 2022 to September 3, 2025) (\u201cAggrieved Employees\u201d).<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n
Defendant and Plaintiffs have entered into a Class Action and PAGA Settlement Agreement (\u201cClass Action and PAGA Settlement Agreement\u201d). The proposed Class Action and PAGA Settlement Agreement has two main parts: (1) a Class Settlement requiring Defendant to fund Individual Class Payments, and (2) a PAGA Settlement requiring Defendant to fund Individual PAGA Payments and pay penalties to the California Labor and Workforce Development Agency (\u201cLWDA\u201d).<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n
The Court has already preliminarily approved the proposed Class Action and PAGA Settlement and approved the Notice. The Court has not yet decided whether to grant final approval. Your legal rights are affected whether you act or not act. Read the Notice carefully. You will be deemed to have carefully read and understood it. At the Final Approval Hearing, the Court will decide whether to finally approve the Class Action and PAGA Settlement and how much of the Class Action and PAGA Settlement will be paid to Plaintiffs and Plaintiffs\u2019 attorneys (\u201cClass Counsel\u201d). The Court will also decide whether to enter a judgment that requires Defendant to make payments under the Class Action and PAGA Settlement and requires Class Members, Aggrieved Employees, and the State of California to give up their rights to assert certain claims against Defendant.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n
